Easy Vegan Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 2-3 Cups Kale Chopped
  • 1 Can Black beans 15 oz
  • 1 Can Kidney beans 15 oz
  • 1 Can Corn 15 oz
  • 1 Can Crushed tomatoes 15 oz
  • 16 oz Veggie broth Use more for a thinner broth
  • 1 Packet Chili seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Dice onions and chop kale.
  • Add onions, kale, black beans, kidney beans, corn, crushed tomatoes, veggie broth, and chili seasoning mix to a pot and cook on high for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir the chili occasionally. Enjoy!
