Ingredients

  • 8 oz Rotini pasta
  • 1 can 15oz Chickpeas Drained & rinsed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Black olives Pitted & sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil To taste
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the box.
  • Add rinsed chickpeas, halved tomatoes, chopped spinach, and sliced olives into a bowl and stir.
  • Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir and enjoy!
