Instructions
Cook the rice in a rice cooker or on a stove top.
Dice the onion and bell pepper. Chop the spinach.
Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and spinach.
Mix rice, beans, onion, bell pepper, spinach, cumin, paprika, diced tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
