Equipment

  • Juicer (A blender can be used as well)

Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple medium-sized
  • 3 Oranges peeled
  • 1 Lemon peeled
  • 1 Knob Ginger peeled (about 1 inch)
  • 2 Inch Tumeric peeled

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all of your ingredients.
  • Cut your ingredients so they can easily fit in your specific juicer. Make sure to remove the peels.
  • Run everything through your juicer. (If you're using a blender, add all of the ingredients with water, blend, and strain it through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.)
  • Stir in a pinch of black pepper if desired.
  • Enjoy as is, pop it in the fridge to enjoy it chilled a little later, or store it in an air-tight container to enjoy within the next couple of days.

Notes

This recipe makes about 20 ounces, but the amount of juice will vary depending on the juicer that you use. To make wellness shots (also known as immunity shots), you can divide the juice into smaller portions.
